Refund and Returns Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which MMN Statement Creatives accepts returns and processes refunds for products and services purchased through our website. The policy distinguishes between Customized Services (Printing, Sublimation, Embroidery) and Standard Products (Blanks and Machinery).


1. Returns and Refunds for Customized Services

Customized Services include all orders involving client-supplied or approved artwork for printing, sublimation, or embroidery onto garments or products.

1.1 Non-Defective Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed or embroidered items, no returns or refunds are accepted for items that are produced correctly according to the approved proof or specifications.

1.2 Defective or Incorrect Custom Orders

A refund or replacement will only be considered if the product supplied is incorrect when compared to the approved order or invoice.

Procedure for Incorrect Custom Orders:

  • Customers must notify MMN Statement Creatives in writing at info@mmnstatementcreatives.co.za within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The notification must include clear photographic evidence showing the discrepancy between the delivered product and the invoice or approved proof.

  • Upon verification that the incorrect item was supplied, MMN Statement Creatives will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund at its discretion.


2. Returns and Refunds for Standard Products

Standard Products include Sublimation Blanks and Heat Press Machinery.

2.1 No Returns Once Goods Leave the Premises

All products sold by MMN Statement Creatives are checked, tested, and verified before leaving our premises.

  • Once any product leaves our premises, returns are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to functionality issues, transit damage, or change of mind.

  • MMN Statement Creatives does not accept responsibility for damage occurring during courier transit.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon collection or delivery.

2.2 Incorrectly Supplied Products

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product supplied is incorrect and does not match the item stated on the invoice.

  • Claims for incorrectly supplied products must be made in writing to info@mmnstatementcreatives.co.za within 3 days of receipt.

  • Photographic evidence and a copy of the invoice must be provided.

  • Upon verification, MMN Statement Creatives will arrange collection and supply the correct item.

2.3 Damaged Goods

  • MMN Statement Creatives does not accept returns or refunds for damaged goods, regardless of whether damage occurs during delivery or after receipt.

  • Customers must address all damage claims directly with the courier company at the time of delivery.


3. General Conditions

  • Proof of Purchase: All claims must be accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Inspection Responsibility: Customers are responsible for inspecting goods immediately upon receipt.

  • Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will only be issued for incorrectly supplied products once the returned item has been received and verified.

  • Shipping Fees: All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


4. Delivery and Inspection Notice

All products leave our premises tested, inspected, and securely packaged.

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Inspect goods upon delivery or collection.

  • Open and check items before the courier driver leaves.

Acceptance of delivery confirms that the goods were received in satisfactory condition.
